A place to explore what moving, traveling and living with MS actually looks like.

I’m Monica Lynne, and The Status Go is where I write about accessible travel, mixed-mobility movement, and the everyday systems that make both possible: the real-world logistics, the energy management, the planning that holds up when your body keeps changing the plan.

Everything here comes from living with multiple sclerosis for more than two decades, combined with my work as a medically reviewed health writer. I care about what works in real life, not just in theory, so you’ll find evidence-informed guidance alongside the lessons I’ve learned through trial, error, and a lot of miles.

If you’re navigating MS or chronic illness and you want practical, honest tools that respect both your goals and your limits, this is a good place to start.

About The Status Go

The Status Go began with a simple question: What if the status quo isn’t the only option?

After a diagnosis, it’s easy for life to subtly reorganize itself around what you’ve lost or what feels impossible. The Status Go is built on a different idea: that you can keep adapting, keep exploring, and keep creating a life that reflects who you are now.

That’s what this space is about. You’ll find accessible travel, everything from weekend getaways to long-term stays through house and pet sitting, and thoughtful ways to navigate life with MS through experience, evidence, and practical solutions that hold up in everyday life.
